Fries and fry sauce are the star of the show at this burger ranch. The burgers are good and cooked fresh when you order. Service is friendly. The restaurant is older and shows its age in some areas but is good for a decent burger, great crinkle fries and fry sauce and great shakes.

Skip the one in Yakima because this one is better. The line can be long. The salads are fresh. Like the fries.

Stopped by for a quick lunch on our way to our campgrounds in Morton. We are familiar with the Burger Ranch franchise, as we have gone to the one in Sunnyside for years. We were happy to see the BR sign in Selah and opted to support a local business rather than a burger chain. We were immediately greeted with a friendly server, and she described one of the specials they had going on which was the bushwhacker meal, a small double patty cheeseburger with pickles, mayo and mustard. We ordered a bacon cheeseburger meal, the bushwhacker meal, a corn dog and two fried pickles. The corn dog was good, tasted like it had been made fresh. The pickels were quarter pieces of fried pickle and came with a side of ranch, at the cashier's recommendation. The bacon cheeseburger was massive, and our teen nephew grunted, indicating that it was "pretty good." The bushwhacker was smaller in comparison, but just as satisfying. My favorite are the crinkle cut fries and fry sauce that are classic Burger Ranch. Lunch for three was under $20, and we all left satisfied.

GREAT burger! I had a 1/3 lb. Bacon burger with mushrooms and all the usual condiments. Very happy with the thick cut bacon- you could see it hanging out all over. They have crinkle cut fries and that's hard to find. Fast, friendly service, and it took me three napkins to finish it. Happy tummy tonight!

A cute, old, what seems family owned burger stop in Selah. From the appearance, might've been an old Taco Time or Arctic Circle. Drive Thru is offered and some good parking, a few tables to sit outside. Counter service. Menu was basic, but looked legit, they had names of burgers but I didn't really know what was in them. I am not too picky so I selected the Ranch burger, no meal option, and a Butterscotch shake. I must recognize, their shake flavors were pretty abundant. Pineapple, Berry, Peach, among the other usual suspects. They also had pictures of the meals and burgers that could have been updated. A bit rustic with the marketing end, but very good and home-town. Service was friendly and quick. Looked like they had a few high school aged gals working. Booths and old style lighting. Clean-no frills restroom. Burger itself was great, gooey, enough to eat, the patty was thinnish-but plenty, had lettuce, tomato, onion, sauce--probably their signature. And the dipping sauce was some sort of 1,000 ISLANDs, mayo, type it was good. I purposefully didn't order fries because I know my mates would share. Shake was so thick. Loved it, my friend asked for a spoon for us all, smart. $7.55 for my Ranch Burger and the Large Shake. Sat in my stomach a bit for a long road trip, but so good.
